Wilton Course Ii Basketweave Flowers
Final cake from Course 2 of the Wilton classes. It's iced in buttercream, decorated with the basketweave, a variety of royal icing flowers and colorflow birds. This is the cake my family always remembers. My twin sister ALWAYS tells me to make this cake again...but I have yet to repeat it. All those flowers took a lot of time. And on this cake, my buttercream started to get dry and the basketweave began falling apart in the front. Oh well, it was still cute. :)
Thanks! Yeah, colorflow is a lot of fun and everyone tends to like them. LoL. Just make sure you wait long enough before picking them up so they don't break! Good luck. :)
