I was so excited to try one of these! The cake is short because it's a flourless chocolate (which, with great effort, I torted + filled w/raspberry puree...it was like cutting thru clay) topped w/whipped ganache. All decos' are fondant except the baking tools which were made using a chocolate mold+painted w/food colo. and luster dust. The lid is fondant w/gumtex (and a cardboard cake circle for stability).
