Christmas Cake
This cake was a larger version of Cook Country's Christmas Tree cake. However, in hindsight, I realize I should have had another layer to make it look more like a tree. I was still pretty happy with it though. Chocolate cake, chocolate buttercream and poured chocolate ganache. Decorations were sugared cranberries.
