Lovers Heart Cake Valentine
Double layer strawberry cake with fresh cut strawberries with strawberry glaze mixed. Covered with almond buttercream icing, chocolate dipped strawberries covered with pecans and drizzled with strawberry syrup. YUM :) This cake was wonderful. I made this cake for a couple for Valentines Day. Let me know what you think, even if its bad, I need all the help I can get.
I love it! My only critique is that the nuts need to be a little cleaner because it makes the strawberries look like they aren't whole. It looks devine otherwise.
