Well, this is the biggest cake I have ever done. It was a full sheet cake. Hubby made me put my boney hand in the pic. for size reference. There are definitely things I would do different. My bc took forever to crust which I think had something to do with me icing frozen cakes. Anyway, I'm still working on airbrushing. Also, My writing wasn't centered and my bct had the "wiggleys" even though I pushed down on it after making it. It was a great learning experience. I did it for free for a good friend.
