Constructed with an internal wood/dowel/screw support system. Iced in buttercream with fondant trim.

Time constraints don't allow me to write up the instructions for my cakes and email them out. Maybe someday I'll actually make time. I heard that Ladycakes has posted the instructions she purchased from Carolyn Wanke. You may want to check her site....I don't have the address, though.

Both boots are constructed using cake. The only part that's not edible is the heel of the standing boot. I think the cake served around 30.
