I got this cake idea off of someone on here, but can't look it up since there is an error. A chocolate cake with bc and ganache mixed for filling and coating. Satin ice vanilla fondant covering the cake with luster paints in green, blue, and gold. The life preserver is just styro covered in wilton fondant since no one is eating that. The anchors are white choc colored with gold luster . Thanks for looking!
