This cake was inspired by "The Cake Lady" in Richardson, Texas. It is found in this month's "The Knot--Texas" magazine. SInce dragees are not edible, I opted for silver dusted fondant pearls. Chocolate fudge cake with white chocolate ganache filling and raspberry filling covered in buttercream.

I think this looks better than dragees would. However the "reason" dragees are not edible is because of the silver. Luster dust holds the same warning. It is a beautiful cake though.

Sorry, I should have clarified that these pearls were dusted with the new edible luster dust from ECG. Bought at ICES convention.
