Little Cake on Cake Central

Buttercream not smooth this time! Wanted to try something different. Chocolate lines on plate retain Kiwi sauce for taste and color.

I just love this!!! Is your writing done with chocolate? If so what tip did you use? I like the chocolate/kiwi dam. I'll give you a 10 out of 10. :lol: And where do you find Kiwi sauce?

I use a very small paper cone ( about 2 inches high and rolled tight) . Then barely cut off the end of it for a thin stream of writing chocolate. Kiwi sauce is from work.

Thank you, and not to sound pompous, my writing on this one was not so good. I got the order about 10 minutes before I was leaving work. I see mistakes. One of these days I am going to show some of my display cakes from home. I think you will enjoy them, I hope anyway!
