Here is my final cake for the Wilton Class 3. The bottom tier is classic white cake with chocolate hazelnut filling. The top tier is classic white cake with raspberry filling. It is covered in mmf. The daisies are also made out of fondant, but I used the Wilton's fondant. Yuck! I told my husband not to eat the daisies. I had made a bunch of roses, but this cake was screaming for some daisies. Any suggestions on how to improve would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for looking!
