My attempt at a snowflake cake. I started out with about 12 snowflakes and after I butchered half of them trying to take them off the paper, this was all I had. It is a red velvet cake with traditional red velvet butter frosting. Thanks for looking!
OHHHHH! I LOVE IT! How did you get your icing to look like that? It reminds me of stucco! You will have to share your red velvet recipe - mine always turn out VERY heavy and unappealing!

Nice cake.. how did u make twh snow flake?
I used royal icing and a 5 tip. I tried making some using a 3 tip but they were just too fragile and fell to pieces.
