Just another turkey cake........photo isn't that great because it was taken on my cell phone. I didn't have the mini egg pan so I had to improvise. I used a plastic egg from a kids meal at BK with a penguin in it to mold a foil mini loaf pan into an egg shape...worked pretty well I guess. Hard to see any of the detail on the turkey skin in this photo...but it was there.
