Clothes And Buttons

Clothes And Buttons on Cake Central

This is my fav. baby shower cake I have done. I ended up really liking the color combo and the clothes and button spray on top. Cake covered in BC with fondant clothes, ribbons, buttons and baby.

thank you for the compliment mustlovecake, I guess just working with fondant a bit I get the hang of things, but it is still no where near where I want to be with my molding babies, people, etc. Thanks though:)

paolacaracas, that is so very kind of you, my mother in law is my business partner and helps with so many of these ideas too. We're a pretty good team:)

Love the positioning and proportion of your baby. She's so cute! How did you get each of your buttons so perfectly round and even? Did you use a mold? Beautiful cake!

Thanks for the compliment, I didn't use a button mold, I just picked the amount of fondant for the button and compared each button I made to the first, then I used a plastic cap from a soda bottle and pushed in the centers.
