Client's daughter's birthday was on Thanksgiving so she asked for a cake with a turkey on it. Bottom is 8" square and then used 3D Rubber Ducky pan to get the turkey body. Shaved down the beak like suggested on the Wilton site, but used candy melts instead of fondant to make the spray of tail feathers. Attached them to the cake with lollipop sticks that I glued to the back of the feathers w/ more candy melts.
