3D Firetruck Cake
This is my very first attempt at a 3D cake. My husband is a firefighter and we had a cookout to attend for the department and I brought "dessert"! The cake was a white almond sourcream cake and half was filled with fresh raspberry filling. Buttercream everything though I did attempt to do a 3D ladder with royal icing but it broke and there wasn't enough time to do another one!

this is awesome. my husband is a volenteer and my little girl just loves firetrucks and that is what she wants for her birthday...how did you make it...i.e. cake to get that shape?
