Beautiful, fantastic. What a great job. What is the process for dusting the fondant with luster dust. Do you do it when the fondant is wet or dried? It is dust mixed with anything?

Thank you! For these booties I just used dry dust with a small soft paintbrush on the dried fondant. No need for anything else.
