A Simple Birthday Cake.
I made this cake for my husband. A second birthday cake. His mom wasn't here for his birthday so we celebrated AGAIN! She paid me for the cake, so of course I didn't mind. White cake, strawberry jam filling, and frosted with Pastry Pride. Michigan "M" is a FBCT. Thanks for looking!

Of course! This strawberry filling is so simple and my hubby's absolute favorite. All it is is a layer of pastry pride (or you could use fresh whipped cream) and then strawberry jam spooned out and spread on top. Easy, right!?
