This is my first wedding cake. It is for the final cake deco. class tomorrow night. I had to have hubby help with the sotas, my hand had cramped...lol It is french vanilla cake, and all royal icing. I would prefer to never cover a cake in royal icing, but that is the way the teacher wanted us to do it. Probably be my last time. Thanks for looking
