Nanaimo Bar Cheesecake
This was a recipe I found in a Kraft calendar that was just sent to me. It's a Nanaimo bar cheesecake and it was so delicious! The base is oreo crumbs. pecans, coconut and butter. The cheesecake is a vanilla custard cheesecake, topped with dark chocolate ganache. Flowers are royal icing and lettering/leaves are buttercream.
