freebie cake for a potential client that i met while dining out at PF Changs, a local chinese bistro. i wanted to take them a sample of my work, and give them a gentle "nudge". i had to redo the fondant two times, and finally just ended up going with the icing that i had on hand, which was cream cheese. she loved it, and has ordered a specialty cake to be made for a high profile celebrity...yikes!!!!!!!!!!!!
