What a gorgeous cake, did you make all the fairies yourself? and what are the balls around the bottom?

Hi AmazeMe, glad you like the cake. Yes I made of all the fairies using fondant, with rice paper wings. The balls are also fondant rolled in luster dust. I tried to make each one look a little different. It was so much fun!
