This was for bf's coworker's homewarming party. After I started, I remembered how bad I am at covering chocolate cake with light colored icing. And the green of the writing blended in with the blue of the icing! :-(

It's beautiful! You might try putting a crumb coat on the cake before you do the final icing. It will keep all those tiny cake crumbs from showing up. :wink:
