This is my first attempt at using chocolate ganache. Its chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and brushed with apricot jam.Its covered in Dark chocolate ganache. It has foil and sugarpaste over it. I accidentally knocked it on the top with a knife. I know that its a bit high for a block of chocolate but it was only a practice one. I gave it to my cousin and she loved how it tasted.
