Thanks for all the nice comments! I didn't really thought of putting the pretzels at first until I saw my hubby eating it and dipped it in the frosting. I tasted it and it was good! Salty and sweet are good together! That gave me the idea to use them in decorating the cake which came out good!! :)

The chocolate fudge filling is just a combination of condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla and a little butter cooked in a double boiler until the desired frosting consistency.
