Steel Magnolia Special
Such a fun project! I made the cake red velvet then used rice crispy treats for the hump and start of the tail. This the first sculptured cake I've done with the fondant. It looks so gross - but it was exactly what was ordered! Thanks to CC for all the research assistance.

Perfect job, but I have to laugh. We moved several hundred miles south last year and the first thing I noticed was a dead armadillo along the road! Awesome work!!
