I used the onesie pattern that is in the gallery here for the top of the dress and the rest of the dress and the details on the dress I just did free hand. There is also a pattern for the booties here in the galleries and the bonnet was just a piece of fondant that I rolled out a little thick and made a medium circle with a cookie cutter and then cut it in half and just shaped the bonnet style. I then made 2 little holes on each end so I could thread a thin ribbon.
