It is Bakels premade fondant that we can buy here in 750g packs. Just roll and cover.
Nice job! I tried that fondant, but found it really sticky and hard to manage, what's the secret to managing it?
Hi Katharry,the fondant in the North Island is different than the South Island because of humidity. Apparently we are going to get export quality now. If it is sticky I use potato flour and with my chocolate which seems to be softer I use the spray cooking oil. It does go on better than the other colours.
