Individual Cakes
23 8 inch cakes to go on the tables. Ivory are white almond w/raspberry. Blue are chocolate fudge w/chocolate bavarian creme. All have the letter P stenciled on. Wedding cake will be posted later.

I love these AND the whole idea of those being the center piece!! I hope one of my kids will let me do this for them some day! How do you handle the cutting of these cakes and when are they cut? Again - you did a great job!

The mother of the bride put a note with the cutting knife to please wait till after the couple cut the cake. Small plates were set next to the cakes.
How pretty! I will be making an individual cake for each of our guests (24) with our monogram and each person's name on the back of their cake for our wedding. Did this take a really long time?
These took a day and a half to bake the cakes. I iced them in two days. the monogram didn't take much time since I used a stencil. I just thinned down the icing placed the stencil on and spread on the icing. If you are good at free hand writing I'm sure it would take a bit less time. Good luck on your wedding.
