Chocolate cake with bavarian cream, covered in satin ice. This is my 3rd fondant cake (fourth overall). Although a "practice" cake for my main event in Aug this is actually for a co-worker's work bridal shower. A lot more formal than the shower, but they've been very willing guinea pigs. Thanks to cakesbyallison for advice on attaching everything. Here's hoping it survives the car ride to work tomorrow!
