This was my final cake from course 1. After class I decided to take this cake to the nurses that are taking care of my bestfriends husband at a local hospice facility. They were really appreciative and I actually got my first cake order from one of the nurses there...how exciting :-) It is a White Chocolate Cake, Raspberry Filling and BC Icing
