This is my Wilton Course 3 Final. We were supposed to make a white cake with beautiful roses, but I just couldn't get the hang of the fondant rose. I made this cake from the course 3 book instead and was very happy with it! It took me FOREVER. I believe I put about 12 hours into this one. The top cake was chocolate cake from the Cake Doctor, filled with whipped chocolate ganche and frosted with chocolate buttercream. The bottome cake was a butter cake from the Cake Doctor filled with rasberry.
