Brian's Bushel Of Crabs
Another version of my bushel of crabs cake made for a friend of my husband that had just had his kidney removed. I was going to make him a kidney but my husband said that he really liked my bushel of crabs cake so . . . Chocolate cake with buttercream and fondant wooden slats. Red - white-chocolate crabs.

how did you get the texture on the chocolate?? Do you have some kind of mold for the slats??
For this one I used an embossing sheet that looks like wood - for the other bushel baskets i've made I used a woodgrain kit from Home Depot!
