Margo's Birthday Cake
I made this for my friend Margo's 25th birthday. Cake is layers of choc fudge and french vanilla with chocolate kahlua buttercream covered with chocolate rolled fondant. Details in royal icing, bow, handkerchief, flowers and pearls of gum paste. My first try with the gum paste, was really pleased with the results

What color did you use for the cornelli lace. Its great, I love how it pops in the picture!
lace was done in a dark violet to match the second layer fondant. It is a lot more vibrant in the picture than it really looked.
