Thanks! This cake has many "layers" of piping. After scoring the top with a toothpick to have a guide for the design, decending sizes of round tips were used to build up layers of icing. I think this one used tips #5, 4, 3,,2,1 one layer on top of another. Then, in towards the center a bit a lower outline, and then an even lower one ending in just a tip #1 line. The top and bottom shells also have decending tip size outlines on the outer edge of them. I hope this helps!

How did you do the bottom border? It looks like shell border with a swag? What tip is the swag?? I love the over-piping.. esp on the side of the cake.
