Pastry Pride....
THIS CAKE WAS HALF CHOCOLATE AND WHITE CAKE WITH A RASBERRY CREAM FILLING....THE ICING IS PASTRY PRIDE.....IT BLED THRU ON TO THE SILVER SATIN RIBBON SO I BACKED IT WITH A SILVER MESH TYPE RIIBBON. IT ADDED ANOTHER DIMENSION AND ACTUALLY LOOKED BETTER THAN THE SINGLE RIBBON.......THANKS FOR LOOKING.....

Hi, I'm curious if you freeze your pastry pride decorated cake and then let it set out at the wedding to thaw? Im doing a wedding in the summer months indoors and wondered if it was best to freeze and let it thaw while on display? Thanks for any advise you can offer.
