This is a devils food cake w/ rocky road icing as the filling. This cake was a nightmare. My icing dam broke - then the humidity wasn't working for me. THe entire cake is covered in mmf and accents are mmf. I was ready to throw this cake against the wall. Luckily my dh was there and he decorated the entire cake. I cut the pieces and he fixed everything I had screwed up. I was told to do Nascar and he liked beer. SO the idea was the side of the cake is a beer keg w/ the top being Victory lane
