This was a small six inch heart cake for a friend's first anniversary with her boyfriend. Almond scented cake with an amaretto wash and amaretto espresso Italian meringue buttercream filling. Italian meringue buttercream frosting under the red fondant. Free hand royal icing piped scrolls and mini hearts around the side of the cake.
