Wedding Cupcake Tier
I made this cupcake wedding tier for my sons wedding . The top cake is a 8 inch Moist Dark chocolate Fudge cake with Strawberry filling and Buttercream frosting. It has a Gumpaste Calla Lilly topper with Fondant scroll ribbon. The cupcakes (350+) are white, chocolate fudge, cheesecake, and white with white chocolate raspberry filling. Frosted with buttercream. Each cupcake on tier has a gumpaste calla lilly. Thank's for looking!
WOW! You did a fabulous job! The top cake is simply lovely!!
fantastic job. i'll be doing something similar for my daughter next year. i can't wait.!!
Thank you. I was a self taught cake decorator and I havent "decorated" cakes in years. It was all for fun for my family So when my son and daughter- in-law asked me to make this I couldnt say no. :) But I sure was very nervous about it. Especially knowing the Wedding was 2 hour's away and we would be staying at a hotel the day before the wedding on June 30th.Transporting everything was a big issue for me, but everything turned out fine
