Strawberry Shortcake 3 Tier
I made this cake for my niece's first birthday. The top tier was her smash cake. The middle tier was a dummy and the bottom was cake. All french vanilla cake with the strawberry cream filling recipe from this site. I used mmf, it is so stretchy when it is colored. Everybody loved it. I used Melvira's method to smooth the icing, it worked awesome!!!
