I Hate This Cake
So the original cake I wanted to make for the client was baby pink on top and white on bottom with white cornelli lace it also had a few pink flowers to finish it off - it was also covered in fondant. The client didn't want fondant but wanted my buttercream and wanted me to have baby pink and dark pink for the colors. When I put the two colors together I HATED it .Maybe with the crown on top and little pink "miracle" plaque it will look better!!!!
I don't usually say this on here, but I am with you. Just goes to show the customer isn't always right doesn't it? Maybe with a could of red rolled roses on top at the side of the crown it would help to tie it together?
I think this could have worked for a birthday party, what with the bright colors, but I love your re-do.
