Thank You Cake
This is a cake I did for a friend to thank her for taking care of our 16 year-old daughter so we could sneek off to California to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. It's a carrot cake with white chocolate cream cheese icing, edible image of our friend's beloved horse, and bc cactus on the sides. This took me awhile to decorate as it's so hot here in Arizona, I had to keep putting the cake in the fridge to firm up the icing before I could move onto the next phase of decorating. Hope you enjoy!

Thanks for your comments. Glad I could give you an idea for your friend Mommymarilyn. The only thing I would have done differently is make the image a little smaller so I could pipe a border around it. Misplanning on my part.
