Hello Kitty And Tinkerbell Giant Cookie Cake Fbct
Two giant cookie cakes for 12-year-old twins. Tinkerbell and Hello Kitty. I left the edges of the cookies as they baked. We agreed it looked fine. So, I outlined it with the icing (border). YES, I forgot Hello Kitty's whiskers...oops. FBCT ...these were my 3rd and 4th transfers. So far, the mother has seen these...they've been delivered. She loves them. HOPE the girls love them, too!

I didn't notice the missing whiskers. I was just amazed at what a fantastic job you did on the FBCTs!!
my2sunshines: There is a how to article on how to make a FBCT or frozen buttercream transfer. It's just made of buttercream....HOWEVER, I had a hard time finding a recipe anywhere for the giant cookie. I used the refridgerated Pillsbury dough. Each one of these is made out of the family size roll, I cannot remember the exact amount, but I think it was like 34 ounces.... :D
I love these. I've never seen FBCT on cookie cakes. I am definitely going to make these
