Anything that could go wrong, did, incl. noticing 30min b4 due that Beaver motto was on wrong cake. UGH, almost in tears when dropped off. 1st non friends/family cake. All lisa Yockelson recipes: French vanilla/lemon/mudcake/strawberry + matching filling/frosting recipes. Was impossible to make icing smooth (no more time/patience and lack of experience). Campfire/tent Toba Garrett's fondant, 2 bridges RI. At least the 4 cakes tasted good :)) (those recipes will be used over and over again.)
