Princess Birthday Cake
Birthday cake for my daughter's 3rd birthday. I've only completed Course 1, so I got overly ambitious but I was happy with the final result. BC icing with fondant cutouts. Quilted the top with a plastic ruler for a pillow effect with fondant buttons. Bottom tier was white with bavarian chocolate filling, top was strawberry with buttercream filling.
