This was a 4 tier cake I did this weekend for a bride. She saw this cake in a mag. so I don't know whose design it was, but thanks whover you are:) I used chocopan white choc. fondant and boy oh boy was that hard to work with, I am used to Satin Ice. To make the flowers I used 50/50 gumpaste/ white choc. I thought that putting pleats on the cake would be pretty quick, but I could not roll out alot of strips b/c of the choc. being so stretchy, all in all I was happy with the result.
