Oh my gosh ... that cake is absolutely PERFECT!!!!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!! The Minnie Mouse ears and bow are adorable! How did you make the yellow ruffle around the bottom of the cake? I love the plaque, too! How did you get the writing on there???

For the ruffle, it's just strips of fondant "gathered" on the board - I use a butter knife to help with the folds -- the Plaque is edible image
