I have to find a better way to stabalize this buttercream...it started to melt in the sun. it is my most requested...almond silk meringue buttercream. The filling is the same as the frosting with more creme anglaise and toasted slivered almonds. The cake is drenched in simple syrup with DiSarranno Ammeretto.
