Carriage Cake
I made this cake for a friends baby shower. The cake is a white cake w/ half bc and half chocolate ganache filling. The other cake is a single layer with regular buttercream. I used crusting bc on the carriage. With more practice, I think it will be a smoother icing than bc. The picture makes the pink icing on the carriage look much lighter than the other cake and the flowers. It wasn't that much of a different, but there was some. Crusting bc must lose it's color as it sits. Comments, suggestions wanted!!

This Is Absolutely Georgeous... I love the carriage top swirly design & the cake at top... Might have to use this design sometime... :twisted:
