After I took the Wilton fondant off my Course III class 2 present cake, I refrosted it and did a simple decoration on it. Banana cake with cinammon rum BC filling and a light BC frosting - it tasted great!!!

Yeah, it's blurry because I had to use my son's camera - mine needs a new memory card. Yeah, tip16.
