Afterwards I learn that buttercream doesnt have to be refrigerated due to its high fat and sugar content. Had i known that, i would have done it the day before, and given a couple more hours of my time to smooth the sides, and add more detail. I ran out of icing and the green candies making his spine so i improvised.
